The Estonian Consul in Washington, DC, will be conducting a consular mission at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the UN (305 East 47th Street New York, NY 10017) on December 13 at 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Note: Passport and ID card renewal applications can also be completed by mail or through the self-service portal of the Estonian Police Board, provided your fingerprints on file are less than six years old. You can check the validity of your fingerprints here.
If your fingerprints are outdated or will be soon, you can update them with the consul during the mission. This could save you a future trip to Washington, DC, for document renewal. The fingerprint update service is provided free of charge.
Please bring both your U.S. passport (if you have it) and your Estonian passport or ID card.
Payments during the consular mission can be made by debit or credit card (except American Express).
