💡 Students studying abroad may, under certain conditions, continue to receive health insurance from the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa). This right is linked to residency status. Therefore, students are advised to contact the Estonian Health Insurance Fund before changing their place of residence to understand the exact conditions for maintaining insurance coverage.

📌 How to submit a registration application:
