Consular Missions
Typically, you can apply for an Estonian passport and ID card through:
💻 Through the e-service portal (the easiest and most affordable method)
📬 By mail from the Police and Border Guard Board in Estonia
🛂 At the Embassy or during a consular mission
A consular mission is an alternative way to apply for documents and provide fingerprints. The Embassy regularly organizes missions to cities with honorary consuls and larger Estonian communities.

During consular missions, the consul provides all consular services, except visas.
