Requesting a New PIN-Code

If you have forgotten the PIN codes for your ID card, digital ID, e-resident card, or residence permit card, or if the security envelope containing the PIN codes is lost, you need to request a new security envelope to continue using e-services or giving digital signatures.

📌 Before requesting a new PIN code:

  • Make sure your ID card is still valid. If the card has expired, you must apply for a new document.
  • If the ID card certificates are valid, the PIN codes can be changed at the Embassy or during a consular mission.

✅ How to renew your PIN codes at the Embassy or during a consular mission

📩 Send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your personal identification code
  • If the Embassy official confirms the possibility of issuance of PIN codes, please book an appointment.

💳 The state fee can only be paid by credit/debit card or contactless payment (American Express is not accepted).

🛂 The security envelope will be issued immediately after payment and identity verification.
