✅Applying via the E-Service Portal

If you have access to Estonian e-services (using an ID card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID), the simplest way to submit your application is through the Police and Border Guard Board’s e-service portal.

The email should include the applicant’s name and personal identification code/date of birth.

  • State fee payment made to the Estonian Ministry of Finance’s account (see state fees for mail applications).
💡The payment must include the reference number 2900082443.
